It’s an upgrade from the couple’s 900-square-foot Gramercy Park co-op at 200 E. 16th St., which they listed for $1.49 million in April, as The Post reported at the time. That spread is still up for sale. Gramercy Park co-op at 200 E. 16th St
The pair snagged the new two-bedroom for $3.05 million, records show — slightly over its $2.99 million asking price.
An elevator opens into a foyer, which leads to a roughly 25-foot-long living and dining room. An open kitchen sports oak cabinets, a five-burner Wolf cooktop and a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. The bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms and lots of closet space.
Building amenities include a full-time doorman and concierge, a roof-level garden with city views, a gym, a spa and bike storage.
